There are over 1100 SBDCs nation-wide, making our organization the country's largest provider of managerial and technical assistance to businesses. The Texas State University SBDC is responsible for helping clients in a 12-county area in central Texas. Each year hundreds of entrepreneurs and small businesses benefit from the assistance our small business advisors provide.

Our offices are dedicated to helping central Texas entrepreneurs and small businesses achieve their goals. Our team of experienced business advisors provide confidential one-on-one counseling for small business owners and entrepreneurs in the areas of management, finance, and marketing. We provide our clients with access to a broad resource network supporting business development. In addition, we offer special programs in Emerging Technology, Rural Business Development, Government Contracting, and International Trade.
